海の近くでエサレンを受けていただける機会を設けることが出来ればと思い、昨日は海へ。

関東圏にお住まいの方は日帰り出来る場所で、セッションの前後に海でアーシングなど、プチリトリートをご提案出来たらと思っています。

いろいろな所を見てみる予定です。

I am thinking of giving Esalen massage near the ocean, so that you could spend some times earthing at the sea before or after the session.
