部屋の中まで波の音が聞こえます。

海を見ながら、ぼーっと足湯。
その後、波の音の中でのエサレン。
セッションの前後に、海で裸足になってアーシングしながら、貝殻を拾ったり。
神奈川県立美術館もバスで10分ほどの場所なので、合わせて行かれるのもいいかもしれません。

葉山は都心から1時間ほどです。
身体と心のリフレッシュ＆充電。
