自然体で在ると感じた。

全身で感じる身体感覚といっていいのかわからないけれど、そこがどうやら得意分野らしい。今日の気づき。

りんご・apple・pomme

日本語・英語・フランス語
言い方が違うだけで
同じ「りんご」をさしているように、

身体・心・魂(生活)も、
表現の仕方が違うだけであって、
一つの同じこと(例えば「わたし」)をさすのだと
先日、私の施術の原点である「てあて」を
アップデートする学びの中での聞いた話。

どれかだけ変わるとか、順番に変わるのではなく、
変化が起きているのであれば、
それは同時に起きている。
感じやすいところは人それぞれだと思う。

探求は常にある。
楽しい。
自分をも含む皆々が健康で幸せであるために。

According to one of my teacher,
we could say the same thing about
” body・mind・spirit ”
It represents one same thing.

If some kind of change is happening to you, whether you can feel it or not, all the three is changing at the same time.

I found myself very interested in studying, very relaxed, and being myself today.

My journey for the health and happiness of all including myself keeps on continuing. That is very very interesting, and I love it.
